Group Personal Training combines the structure, expertise, and accountability of one-on-one personal training with the energy and motivation of a group setting.

You’ll wear a heart rate monitor that tracks your individual performance in real time, helping you train smarter and see measurable progress towards your goals.

The workout that works for people like you
For starters I really like the group workout with a coach. The coaches are fun, supportive, and encouraging. I love the programming, it honestly is what is keeping me coming back. It pushes me to work harder and grow. I really enjoy the workouts that have you working on the weight floor and then move to a rower or a tred for rounds, example, burpee day.

I like that I get personal training but in a group setting. I don’t have to think the workout is planned for me and it’s fun and different every time. I like the strength part of it as I used to never do any weight lifting. And most importantly I’m so glad to have lunch time classes and early morning since I have kids and these are the only time I can really go. It’s working and I’m losing weight.
